2003年起雷内除了和Martin Bramboeck教授学习,还开始跟随维也纳音乐大学的Roland Berger教授上课,在Roland Berger教授退休后,Thomas Joebstl 教授成为雷内圆号的专业老师。
雷内与很多大学乐团,青年乐团和室内乐乐团合作过, 也曾经在维也纳国家歌剧院的舞台乐团和维也纳市立公园内的音乐厅Kursalon演出过。他还跟随乐团去比利时,意大利,中国参加过巡回演出。
2007年和2008年雷内还曾担任过美泉宫乐团夏季演出期间歌剧"蝙蝠"中的首席圆号。从2009年他在Deutsch-Wagram的音乐学校当圆号老师。
